Double aluminum packaging : It is a packaging format where the medication is sandwiched between two layers of coated aluminum foil, then heat-sealed and die-cut into specific sections. Because the coated aluminum foil offers excellent gas-tightness, moisture resistance, and light-blocking properties, double-aluminum packaging is primarily used for tablets, capsules, pills, granules, powders, and other products that require sealing or protection from light.
Water-based injection packaging : Currently, the technology has advanced to the point of integrated plastic ampoule molding and sealing—meaning a single machine now handles tasks such as film unwinding, ampoule forming, filling, sealing, batch-numbering, tail trimming, and cutting, effectively addressing many of the limitations associated with glass ampoule filling and sealing processes.
Soft-plastic bottle packaging : Primarily used for packaging formulations such as intravenous solutions, oral liquids, tinctures, syrups, and topical liquid preparations.
