The Party Committee of the Testing Center conducted pre-meeting study for the 2025 annual democratic life meeting of party member leading cadres, as well as the first collective study session for the Party Committee’s theoretical study group in 2026.

On January 23, the Party Committee of the Testing Center conducted pre-meeting study for the 2025 annual democratic life meeting of Party member leading cadres, as well as the first collective study session of the Party Committee’s theoretical study group for 2026. During this session, participants revisited and deepened their understanding of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Party. They systematically studied General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on Party building and the Party’s self-revolution, as well as his key remarks on strengthening Party discipline and work style. Participants also gained a profound insight into General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important instructions on the work of central enterprises and the spirit of his important speech at the democratic life meeting of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee. This effort further unified thinking and deepened understanding, laying a solid ideological foundation for conducting the democratic life meeting effectively. Xu Weifeng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Testing Center, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. Members of the leading team attended the meeting and shared their insights and experiences from the study session.

The meeting held that General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech at the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau’s democratic life meeting was profound in its content and deep in its thought, providing clear guidance for further strengthening style of work and advancing the Party’s self-revolution in the new era and on the new journey. The Party Committee of the Testing Center should take the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau’s democratic life meeting as a benchmark, conscientiously examine and check their own work and thinking, thoroughly identify existing problems, deeply analyze their root causes, and conduct criticism and self-criticism in a serious and earnest manner. They should closely integrate the outcomes of their study with practical work, foster unity and collaboration, and, with an even more vigorous and proactive spirit, drive all tasks to achieve new breakthroughs and outstanding results, making every effort to ensure a successful start to the 14th Five-Year Plan for the Tianjin region. 
The meeting emphasized that, on the new journey ahead, state-owned enterprises and central enterprises shoulder a glorious mission and bear tremendous responsibilities. As grassroots scientific research institutions, they face an even longer and more arduous road ahead. The Tianjin science and technology sector must take the important instructions and speeches of General Secretary Xi Jinping as its guiding principle, steadfastly uphold the duties and missions of state-owned enterprises, deeply integrate Party building work with the core business and primary responsibilities of packaging, focus on industry development, strengthen technological innovation, and cultivate an excellent work ethic. With greater political commitment, a more pragmatic working style, and more robust innovative measures, we will build a first-class domestic logistics and packaging service platform, providing solid technical support for the China Logistics Group to better serve the overall interests of the Party and the country. Taking the development of logistics and packaging technologies as our own responsibility, we will contribute even greater strength to the cause of Chinese-style modernization through concrete achievements.
