The national standard review meeting for "Transport Packaging — Reusable Plastic Containers — Part 2: General Test Specifications" was successfully held.

On March 13, 2024, the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization convened a review meeting for the national standard "Transport Packaging — Reusable Plastic Boxes — Part 2: General Test Specifications," held both online and offline.

The planned standard, titled "Transport Packaging — Reusable Plastic Boxes — Part 2: General Test Specifications," carries the project number 20221814-T-469. It is proposed and managed by the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization (SAC/TC49). The China Packaging Research & Testing Center serves as the organization responsible for drafting the standard, with Ningbo Joyful Logistics Technology Co., Ltd. designated as the primary drafting unit. The meeting was held in Beijing.

First, Wang Li, Secretary-General of the National Technical Committee for Packaging Standardization, delivered a speech. Following this, Zhou Jiayan, Deputy Chairperson, chaired the review meeting. The drafting team then provided a detailed report on the standard-setting process, clearly outlining each step involved. During the meeting, all committee members carefully discussed the draft standard chapter by chapter and clause by clause. After thorough deliberation, the committee unanimously concluded that the standard meets international benchmarks and approved its adoption.
