       2023 On the afternoon of June 30, the Party Committee of the China Packaging Research and Testing Center held a special Party class on studying and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, along with a celebration event marking the 102nd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. The meeting was hosted by Feng Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Center’s Party Committee and Secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission, while Party Secretary Han Xueshan and Deputy Secretary/Center Director Xu Weifeng delivered two engaging Party lessons to all party members, drawing on the spirit of the 20th National Congress report and relating them to the practical realities of Tianjin's science and technology sector development.

Party Secretary Han Xueshan delivered a speech titled "Deeply Understanding the Essence and Significance of the Sinicization and Contemporary Adaptation of Marxism, as Well as Their Role in Chinese-style Modernization." He elaborated on three key areas: the Sinicization and contemporary adaptation of Marxism, Chinese-style modernization, and Party building in the new era. Drawing from the historical journey of the Communist Party of China, he emphasized that the Chinese people’s ultimate embrace of Marxism was both inevitable and deeply rooted in theoretical, historical, and practical necessity—forming an organic unity of these three dimensions.
