The China Packaging Research and Testing Center is partnering with Xidafota Village, Guanzhuang Town, Jizhou District, to offer agricultural greenhouses for external leasing.

2020 marked the year to fully achieve the goal of building a high-quality moderately prosperous society in all respects, as well as the concluding year for the latest round of paired assistance efforts targeting struggling villages. To deeply implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on poverty alleviation and to carry out the municipal Party Committee and municipal government’s firm commitment to winning the battle against poverty through targeted support, we have followed the "Implementation Opinions on Launching the New Round of Paired Assistance to Difficult Villages," issued by the Municipal Party Committee, along with the "Implementation Plan of the Municipal Party Committee Organization Department on Upholding and Strengthening the Leadership of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations to Support and Expand Village-Level Collective Economies." This plan prioritizes boosting village-level collective income from commercial activities, while also innovating both assistance models and operational mechanisms—rolling out initiatives such as industry-based support, consumption-driven aid, and "Internet+"-enabled solutions to enhance villagers' earnings. Since 2018, our center has been tasked with providing targeted assistance to Xidafota Village, located in Guanzhuang Town, Jizhou District, carrying out extensive support activities there. Now, to further align with these overarching objectives, we are actively advancing efforts to attract external leasing opportunities for greenhouse facilities and designated construction land. Here are the details of the greenhouse:

Currently, Xidafota Village, Guanzhuang Town, Jizhou District, has 8 agricultural greenhouses available for full-scale lease to external tenants. Each greenhouse is equipped with automatic rolling curtain systems, cotton curtains, and sprinkler irrigation facilities. The greenhouses are already planted with nectarine saplings. Each structure covers an area of 600 square meters and measures 60 meters in length.
