The China Packaging Research and Testing Center is seeking tenants for land designated for construction in a village facing economic challenges.

2020 was the year to fully achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects with high quality—and also marked the concluding year of the new round of paired assistance efforts targeting struggling villages. To deeply implement General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important discourses on poverty alleviation and to carry out the municipal Party Committee and government’s firm commitment to winning the battle against poverty through targeted assistance, we have followed the "Implementation Opinions on Launching the New Round of Paired Assistance to Difficult Villages," issued by the Municipal Party Committee, as well as the "Implementation Plan on Upholding and Strengthening the Leadership of Rural Grassroots Party Organizations to Support and Expand Village-Level Collective Economies." Focusing particularly on boosting village-level collective income from commercial activities, we’ve innovated both assistance models and working mechanisms, rolling out initiatives such as industry-based support, consumption-driven aid, and "Internet+"-enabled assistance programs aimed at increasing villagers' incomes. Since 2018, our organization has been tasked with supporting Xidafota Village in Guanzhuang Town, Jizhou District—a role we’ve fulfilled through extensive collaborative efforts. Now, to further align with the above-mentioned objectives, we’re actively advancing the process of leasing out greenhouse facilities and available construction land to external parties. Located in Xidafota Village, Guanzhuang Town, Jizhou District, Tianjin City, the village is nestled next to the nationally renowned 5A-rated Panshan Scenic Area. Surrounded by mountains and water, it enjoys a mild climate and exceptionally favorable natural conditions, with a forest coverage rate exceeding 80%. The village boasts a prime geographic location and convenient transportation links, situated right beside Bangxi Highway. Currently, there is available collectively owned construction land suitable for external contracting and leasing, covering an area of 5.5 mu and measuring 93 meters in length.
