Resuming Work and Production, Fighting the Pandemic Together

2 Month 25 Today, we officially resumed work.

To thoroughly implement the central government and Tianjin's directives of "focusing equally on epidemic prevention and control as well as economic and social development," and in active response to the call from the Party and the government, all employees at the China Packaging Research & Testing Center remain highly vigilant, have meticulously planned and executed comprehensive preventive measures, ensured a smooth and orderly resumption of work, and are now seamlessly continuing their research and testing activities—while proactively fulfilling the social responsibilities expected of a state-owned enterprise.

Develop and rigorously implement epidemic prevention and control measures. First, we will strengthen internal prevention and control measures by establishing strict discipline, encouraging all employees to practice self-discipline and conscientiously adhere to every regulation—driven by an unwavering belief in victory against the epidemic. Second, we will carry out daily, scientifically sound disinfection procedures to effectively neutralize all pathogens, ensuring a safe and secure environment where employees can focus on their work with peace of mind. Finally, we will actively collaborate with government authorities, working together to implement comprehensive prevention and control strategies, including grid-based deployment, to ensure that no potential outbreak goes unnoticed or unaddressed.

Coordinate and systematically implement the epidemic prevention and control plan during the resumption of work and production. The Materials Physics Testing Department stands as a pioneer in science and technology, committed to the principle of "customer needs above all else." During the pandemic, we leveraged remote online services to ensure seamless and efficient handling of all client transactions. Meanwhile, the Chemical & Microbiology Testing Department has embraced its sacred mission by swiftly mobilizing into frontline pandemic preparedness efforts, delivering high-quality material-testing services with remarkable speed and efficiency. Lastly, the Transport Packaging Testing Department is dedicated to our critical role in logistics, working tirelessly to reclaim lost time, boost productivity, and get back on track with delayed operations—every second counts!

Resuming work and production while maintaining strict epidemic prevention—this is everyone's responsibility. As packaging professionals, we will bravely fulfill our daily duties, delivering scientific, practical, and eco-friendly economic services to society, so we can collectively win this battle against the pandemic as soon as possible.

         2020 This year, we stood united, working together to fight the pandemic. We firmly believe that no winter is insurmountable, and no spring fails to arrive as promised. When the ice and snow finally melt, and warmth returns with blossoms in full fragrance, all hardships will fade away like dust carried by time.
