1988 　Officially started external services in 1988 with the approval of the State Council

1989 　Authorized as the National Packaging Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center (Tianjin)

1999 　Became a CNAS accredited national laboratory

2003 　Became the first ISTA (International Safe Transit Association) accredited laboratory in China

2005 　Joined ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) and adopted its standards

2007 　Food paper packaging production license issuing inspection agency

2009 　Accredited laboratory by the American National Motor Freight Traffic Association (NMFTA)

2012 　Postdoctoral workstation approved and obtained food inspection agency qualification

2014 　Testing institution for military logistics products under the General Logistics Department of the Chinese People's Liberation Army

2015 　Member of the Pallet Professional Committee of the China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing; established the Logistics Safety Monitoring and Transport Packaging Technology Engineering Center

2016 　Member of the Composite Film Products Professional Committee of the China Plastics Processing Industry Association

2019 　Member of the China Medical Device Industry Association and the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association

2020 Awarded the title of "National Public Service Demonstration Platform for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises" by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology

2022 Recognized as one of the first Tianjin Industrial Technology Basic Public Service Platforms
Tianjin Logistics Packaging Digital Twin Design and Verification Key Laboratory approved for establishment
